Meet the Executive Director,
Erica Rossa
With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, Erica has dedicated her career to specializing in geriatric care. Beginning as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), Erica worked her way up through various roles, ultimately serving as director of nursing at an assisted living community. Her commitment to excellence and leadership led to her advancement as an executive director, where she continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.
Outside of her professional life, Erica is passionate about reading, cooking, crafts, traveling, and photography. She is also a proud mother of two sons, who are the light of her world. Erica remains committed to both her career and personal growth, continually striving to make a difference in the lives of others.
